Vault Professional & Inventor Add-in not compatible with server

Any idea what causes this?

Did you just recently install a 2019.3.x update?

I contacted our IT department.  It doesn't appear that any updates were applied.  They're seeing the error below.

* can you try repair the Vault Installation: https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Uninstalling-and-r...

* Also be informed, 2019 is not a supported Vault Version, so please consider upgrading, so you can log support tickets as well under www.autodesk.com/contact-support

It's been resolved.  I'm not sure of the details, but I'll add to the post if I find out what was going on.

I've been told that there were asp.net logs that needed to be cleared.  After that, the affected services were able to be restarted.
