Select Assingee for CR Workflow

Currently it is only possible to select a assignee for a user decision or task in the workflow editor. So if you want to have a possibility for more than one user to f.e. do an approval as part of a item release, you have to create user teams. The problem is, that in this case everyone in the user team gets a notification whenever this CR workflow is at this specific task or decision. 

My request: 

Can you make the Assignee for the CR editable, so that you can choose it in the beginning, like you can f.e. choose it for the IR. I know, if you can have more primitives, so it should be implemented so, that you can choose an assignee for a specific taks or decision, when starting the CR. 

F.e. you could do select it in the acitivities section:

But the user, who starts the workflow can't change it. And when I have 3,4 people who can approva an item release, it would be the optimal case, if I could select the person when starting the workflow, but also maybe change it, if the person is not available.

Currently depending on the active primitive, the assingee on the CR is set, when you already selected one in the workflow editor. So it would be a nice feature to select responsible users / assingees in the acitivies tab.

there is a feature in administration which allows tenant admin to resign task for specific CRs from one user to another. Could your organisation use this feature in your case?

I know this function, but we would like for any user who starts a CR wf to select or change the assignee afterwards and not every user is a tenant admin.
