Lock An Attached Document or Make Read Only During Workflow Process
During the workflow process, attached documents can be modified until the workflow is complete. Preventing an official document from being edited or modified is quite important while the workflow is in process. Please add the ability to lock a document while within the workflow.
To have the document locked in the CR process you can prerelease it using document workflow. That way you can be sure that the document that is being used in CR is ready for CR.
