Item released but without the right categorization

It wouldbe interesting if we will be able to remove the current categorization on the current version released and to replace it by another one. Please have a look on the following picture

I would like to see this update in the Upchain product software.
I already did a ticket for an isolate case, but now, I would like to know if it is possible to do it by our own for example by using the swagger or with another alternative.

Please note that your request was evaluated however the direction of our APIs would be and is to comply with the same business rules the application has. Since this was one reported incident that you required, we would rather suggest that the item adjustments are done through revisions. This has many benefits for the organisation and keeps the whole record of business reason why such change occured with 'who did what' information. Also would sugest you include a check in release workflow which would look for proper categorisation attribute to avoid item releasing without required category assigned.
I will archive this ide but please keep posting any further ideas you might have.
