99% of the time when we hit the refresh button on the CAD Connector our assemblies will not be "Phantom" assemblies. In other words, we need to create items for the assembly and the parts all most every time. Therefore, I would like an option to be able to set Upchain to always bring up the same CAD Check In dialog box at the refresh stage. If the user forgets this step, the entire assembly, and all the parts and sub-assemblies gets registered as "Phantom". I realize that you can go back after the fact and create the items but it creates another version that is identical to the original version and I don't want that happening.
