Export to Excel Report must follow 'Effective Date' filter rules

the Export to Excel report in the eBOM follow 'Effective Date' filter rules.

the filter Currently doesn't follow the eBOM filter selected.

this causes errors and misinformation on Project that have are set to "Effective Date" 

All filter in the eBOM must follow the filter rules set on selection.

  • Latest Release
  • Effective Date
