Create new Version of Obsolete Item Version

Allow the user to Create a New Version of a currently Obsolete Version in the Solidworks Plugin.

Obsolete is an Item Version attribute, meaning an Item may have a Revision AA that is Released but a Revision AB that is Obsolete.    This may happen if a designer has made an error in the latest revision.   The request is that they are able to start a new version of that item using the Obsolete version as the starting point.   They may have made several changes to the model in Rev AB that are good and they want to use it as the starting point to fix the error and create a Rev AC.

Hi Colin,

understand this request is for the plugin but have you also considered already available option in the web app to create a new version out of obsolete item? The functionality found in web will also strip all CAD from an item. Can this be helpful in your use case?

Also, for the plugin, how would you expect new version behaves? Would it be the same as is today for 'Released' item or there should be some key differences?
