Bulk Export doesnt include linked Documents

We use project documents, because of the issue with item documents incrementing as described in this post. However, when a document is linked to an item that document is not included in bulk export. For ECOs and programmatic BOM releases, it is very time consuming to individually download each document. There is also a large element of risk that the user will need to check every BOM item for a linked document. In a BOM that is over 3000 lines, this is unrealistic for us to brute force our way through.

I also noticed this, since I want to attach a lot of manufacturing data to our BOMs. I ran into the issue of incrementing document numbers as well, found, that manually Uploading translations is also not a good option because they are not included in the bulk export (see this post) and recently found that linked documents also are not included in the bulk export.

So none of the ways provided to attach documents/manufacturing data to Items works without issues.

Any comments from the Autodesk Support on this topic, when a bug fix can be expected?
