Trial verson as of today on windows 7 (64bit)
I get "Something is wrong with the internet connection" and it won't log-in.
However, I'm posting here, and it updates fine, so I have i-net connection.
Thoughts?
Anyone know what port it uses, in case I have it blocked (or Kaspersky/Malware Bytes is) and I can add an exception?

Can you download and re-install the app and try to login again? If you still can't login - could you send a screenshot of the error msg + Windows OS version and device type?

Had time to get back to this . . .
I uninstalled and re-installed, still no luck. Upon starting it displays a "something is wrong with your internet connection" and I am unable to login. However, it updates fine.
The only thing atypical with the install is it's on the 😧 drive while windows is on C:
Windows 7 Professional ver 6.1.7601
Device PC home built, but never had software issues. My guess a firewall or antivirus is blocking a port that Sketchbook uses. If I could get the port numbers I could make an exception for sketchup on that port.

I have the same issue. Cannot log on to to upgrade. I purchased the upgrade and it is not letting me use it. Can someone help?

and this "david lau" keeps sending pms to this very problem. i smell something fishy.
i bet is something related to "switch to windows 10" because u all know we reverted to windows 7 to escape the useless bloatware that is windows10.
