Turning off the cursor

I have been purchasing sketchbook for years and every update brings new frustration. I use both the desktop version and android for work. My desktop version 7 is a physical DVD  and I don't plan to let it upgrade because it works as I like it.

Now this latest free version shows a huge cursor at all times (tab s3 with s pen, purchased last night to replace tab a shattered by my kids) please tell me how to remove the cursor! My custom pens are quite pressure sensitive so the cursor is big and in the way! I need it to go away and I can't find how to ditch it!

I'm a story artist in the animation industry, I really need this program for work and my accuracy is nil with this fat cursor in the way

The latest 8.x release has access to:

a. Predictive Stroke

b. Access to free brushes

c. Radial Symmetry (Added to Symmetry)

You can turn off the cursor in the desktop version via: Preferences > Brush > Display Cross Hair

For the Android version, there is no way to turn off the cursor.  Can you let me know the model and android version of the your device via 'Settings".

why on earth is this cursor in the way ONLY on android? it doesn't do it on ipad pro or windows... is that an overlooked thing that will get fixed? i cannot work very efficiently with this thing in the way! i've been paying for full versions for years, i have a physical copy of 7 (i think it's 7) can i pull the version of android off an old tablet? it' still on my old tablet my daughter shattered... please guys fix this

Seriously. Who the hell thought this was a good idea on a drawing app aimed at professional artists?

Trying to work with that idiotic giant cursor in the way the whole time is like trying to draw with an exceptionally tenacious fly hovering constantly round the end of my pen.

Please fix ASAP. It's driving me insane!

I stopped inmediatly on using this app, it used to be quite good, fast and  flexible. But now its on the contrary! If posible please fix it!

This is so incredibly annoying. I can't believe they haven't fixed it. The giant dot gets in the way of everything I try to draw. I'm not so stupid that I don't remember what kind of brush I chose...I dont need a preview of what it's going to look like. Besides the fact that it's always4x bigger than the actual stroke. GAH. Make it go away!!!

Suggested Solutions for "Cursor is in my way" or "I can't see the cursor":  (A message to Autodesk engineers)

First, make the brush silhouette scalable.  For example,  In the current version I can see it when I zoom in, but I can't see it when I zoom out.   That's one of the problems people complain about; not seeing a cursor.  It doesn't need to be a silhouette, just an indication of where the action is.

Second, when a cross-hair is displayed, fade it.  The cross-hair doesn't need to dominate the neighborhood.  Make it less obtrusive with either transparency or by picking up an alteration of colors behind the cross-hair.

Third, give me a hot-key to turn the cross-hair on and off.  It's a pain to click multiple times to toggle the cross-hair.

Fourth, hire me.  I live near Autodesk in Lake Oswego.  I teach at a local community college.
