Should I upgrade? Currently have Sketchbook Pro 7

I currently have Sketchbook Pro 7 (physical copy) from a few years ago.  Was thinking about upgrading to the Pro version.  But don't see any differences.  What am I getting compared to the current version I already have? Seems like most of the perks and functions are the same.  Am I missing something?

Thanks for the reply. I actually went ahead and downloaded the Pro version this past weekend, and I am enjoying it.  Though it never occurred to me to check for an "upgrade" price.  Probably should have looked through the store a bit more thoroughly but...that's my fault.   Thanks again!
