Having issues with eraser

Hi everyone,

 

I'm having issues with the eraser almost whenever I try to use it. I can select it, but when I try to use it (erase or change the size of it), it changes to the tool I had previously selected (for example a pencil), or even worse, the program just crashes and closes. 

 

I tried uninstalling and downloading the most updated version, issue is still happening.

 

Has this also happened to anybody else?

P.S: If I'm paying for anual subscription, why don't I have access to direct mail or phone support?? Is it just some missing configuration or do I have to pay even more??

Can you try to reset SketchBook to default?

 

1. Backup your Brushes (if necessary).

https://www.sketchbook.com/help/knowledge-base/how-export-brush-sets/

 

2. Then reset SketchBook to default.

SketchBook > Preferences > Factory Defaults (Reset all 3 sections).
