I am unable to install Autodesk sketchbook pro in my new Huawei matebook E 2019

Which is having Processor: Qualcomm snapdragon 850.

OS: Windows 10 pro

Is there any procedure to install it.

Please suggest,

I bought the product to use Autodesk sketchbook.

Can you send me a screen capture of the error when trying to install it?

If the device is only 32 bit, try this:

32 bit - 8.5.x version:

You can also try this  64 bit version - 8.6.x.:

If you are installing from the Microsoft Store, the app may only install on Intel devices.

Can I ask how the 32 bit version is working on your snapdragon PC?  Is it smooth or does it lag with the pen?

Sign in and it will auto-sign in as "SketchBook Artist".  It should be free for 100 years.
