How to move project from PC to Android?

I have a *.tif file from a project I backed up. I'm able to open it on the desktop version of Sketchbook and it has all it's layers and transparent properties. However, I'm unable to work on it on my computer because I do not have a Wacom tablet, however I have a Samsung Tab S6 that's great for drawing. How do I open my project file on the Android version of Sketchbook? When I go to start a new sketch from image and select my *.tif file, it gives me an error that says "Oops! Failed to open image."

So how do I open a project file on my android tablet?
