Creating a Timelapse with a hidden trace layer?

Greetings,

I'm working on a graphic that can be used for a video intro, and Sketchbook seems like a good tool for this.  I've got a pattern that I want to trace and create a timelapse, but I'd like the trace image to be hidden in the final video.

Is there a way to make a layer not record when you use the timelapse function?  Or is this something that would have to be done in a video editing software?

Thanks

At this time, there is no way to hide a tracing layer in the timelapse.  It may need to be done in post but I am unsure on how to do it.

That's what I was thinking.  Gonna try setting the color of the trace layer to the same layer as the video background.  That might hide it.

Thanks for the response.
