Crashing on Title Screen

I've had some trouble recently with this app. I've been using it for about a year and it's been super easy to use, but recently it hasn't been loading properly. I tap on the icon to enter the app, it displays a white screen for about 3 seconds, and then crashes. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the cache, and even clearing the data entirely to no luck. I really hope there's a way to fix this, I haven't found a drawing app that works as well as this one...

Can you try to reset the preferences and start it again?  Just delete the 8.0 or 8.7 folder.  To get to the folder, just go here:

The link you've sent only provides options for the app on a desktop or laptop. I am currently having issues with the phone app. I use a Samsung Galaxy A10e

This is not working either. As I said in my first message I've already tried both, but I decided to try it again after you recommending it and it did the same thing.
