blurry resolution/pixels ?

Hello digital artists i wanna know what is the best resolution should i use for cartoons/characters , without getting these blurry lines when i zoom in. thanks ! .

On Mac or Windows, I would start at 300 PPI/DPI.

If you are on iOS/Android, you can figure out the resolution via:

iOS/Android can only input page/canvas size via 'pixels'.
