The help file tells me there's no strain amplitude result  in Frequency Response Analyses!(File Extension Summary )

so ,if  I need the strain amplitude -Frequency curve ,what should I do ?2.pngthe strain amplitude -Frequency curve ,what should I do ?

Hi @lihouxin065 

 

Good catch to find that the documentation indicates there is no strain output.

 

You will need to use some theory to calculate the strain manually. Stress/strain = modulus of elasticity is too simple for a 3D stress state, but that equation would get you close. What you want are the equations to convert the 6 stress tensors (Sxx, Syy, ... Szx) to the 6 strain tensors.
