when i try to identify the loads then its freezing (robot 2020)

Dear all

as per the subject, I try many times in different Pcs but unfortunately it still freezing since I click the load type icon

Hi @Slman890 

Try the following

• check and if necessary update RSA 2020 with SP1   can be downloaded here SP1
• open file in Repair mode (File >Open>Check repair mode button while file opening
• clear user profile settings (delete the following folder 

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2020

Check after each step if it helps
