Torsion Moment of Inertia resulting 0

Could anybody help me guessing why the model computes Ix = 0 for the highlighted section type?

If I consult the details of the aforementioned section a little closer, the Ix equals 25,537,485 cm^4 and is different from 0.

The actual .rtd model can be downloaded for inspection from

I'd greatly thank whoever wishes to share some of his(her) valuable time with me about this.

Hi @hvelasquezmast

Such section sould be saved in User section database before using in the model.

Actually there Ix=0 in section properties used for calculations.

Check section properties in User section database (correct Ix if necessary) then reload section to your model.

Procedure for updating section data in user database is presented in solution part

Edit user section database and update required values manually for already defined sections (then reload section to model)
