Timber memeber type not available

I recently downloaded and installed Robot 2016

But I cannot define any elements to be a "timber member type"

I tried this solution

 http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/robot-structural-analysis/timber-design-member-type/m-p/5874711/highli...

and it seamed to work

However when I tried the same fix on another computer, it did not solve the issue.

What can I do to solve this problem?

Try to rename your CfgUsr (to e.g. 1CfgUsr) folder:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis 2016\CfgUsr\

If you find your post answered press the Accept as Solution button please. This will help other users to find solutions much faster. Thank you.

Could you attach a sample model and screen capture that illustrates what exactly you tried to do and what didn't work as expected please? Thank you.
