SP4 ROBOT 2015

Hello

After installing SP4 for ARSAP 2015, I can´t open  "Provided Reinforcement of Rc Elements" after selecting a node. The software crashes and is not responding. Yesterday I was able to calculate the job, with the footings. I have done new simple jobs to prove and it crashes to click  "Provided Reinforcement of Rc Elements".
I have installed the SP4 in other computer and I have not the same problem, i can open "Provided Reinforcement of Rc Elements". But the main menu for the footings design disappers as you can see in the pics. You must restart the program in order to recover the menu.

How can I fix this problem? Can I unistall the SP4? I installed the SP4 because there were several  improvements in RC Members Design.

Thanks in advance

You are kindly requested to uninstall SP4.
SP4 is not available to download anymore.

Hello

To uninstall the sp4, have I to uninstall the whole sorfware a reinstall it with SP3?

I can´t open  "Provided Reinforcement of Rc Elements" after selecting a node. The software crashes and is not responding.

I could send you the file, but the problem occurs with all the files.

Thanks

Uninstall SP4 only.

I can´t open  "Provided Reinforcement of Rc Elements" after selecting a node. The software crashes and is not responding.

So it mean it is rather not related to SP4.

Clear cfgusr folder before next robot start, loae the file and check

If it does not help: clear cfgusr folder before next robot start + open file in repair mode.

Hello Rafal

I send you the file

https://www.filemail.com/t/35927821d44d41e49cfcfe9cc5f1150c

Take this opportunity to talk to you about two things:

-When i send the file to revit structure, i have to delete the stories, to avoid an error "colum with lenght 0". It makes nothing is exported.

-Calculations -ANSI/AISC 360-10- the menbers with torsión, it checks combination of Axial, bending Y and Z. It checks shears stress but it doesn´t check Von Mises stress combination of normal stress and shear stress. (for example bar 251).

Thank you in advance

As far as we know such check is not required by code unless it is HSS section

Removing everything from widows %temp% folder helped.
