Server Busy. This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem

Hello forum!

I am running the Autodesk 2023 suite.

On Monday, I got the following message using the Robot Structural Analysis:

 “Server Busy. This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem”!

The program stuck and I must shut it down by Task manager. The message appears sometimes when launching the program but always when changing tab, e.x. from the tab “Structure” to the tab “Loads” of to the tab “Results” and vice versa.

The strange thing is that AutoCad, Advance Steel and Navis are working without any problem.

I found in the Support page the following link:

I did install the C++ mentioned. Nothing changed.

I applied the proposed solutions (except the last one as the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\WSCommCntrx does not exists). Nothing happened.

Finally, I uninstall the Robot and reinstall it by downloading the program from Autodesk website.

Nothing changed!

What am I doing to proceed my work is the following:

1. Shutting down the ethernet connection.
2. Launch Robot and open a file, local, from my disk.
3. Turning on ethernet connection and working local, without any issue.
4. By the end of my work, I must copy my files to the server….

Any proposal will be very well acceptable!

Same thing happened to on my end. It takes me a while for RSA to run and work. Somehow I don't want it to happen either but currently I don't have any solution. Also I use the current version of 2024.

Getting the same thing in Navisworks 24 - usually I spam click the retry, let it sit for 2-3 minutes then click away and it will continue the load. Thought I would mention on my way through searching for a solution.

Try to open Task manager.

If you will find it process Autodesk Info Center, end this task.

It helped me many times in case of this problem
