If it's installed right it will be shown in the addins even if it's not activated in Excel.

Try to download it and reinstall it again here: https://apps.autodesk.com/RSA/en/Detail/Index?id=3823007601230525320&appLang=en&os=Win64

Then, what's your office version you are using??

In Microsoft Excel, Select “Options”, then “Add-ins”.

In "Inactive Application Add-ins" select "Results Connect".

In Manage select "COM Add-in”, then "Go”.

Select "Results Connect" then "OK".

Try add and select the Results connect path as here in the pic:

If the Results Connect API is installed in your computer you will find it's system files here:

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Results Connect\2016\Framework

This error is typically indicative of a corrupted Results Connect profile. To resolve the issue, re-create the profile by following these steps:

  1. Close any open instances of Excel.
  2. Open a Windows Explorer window and navigate to C:\Users\your-user-ID\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk
  3. Locate the folder titled Results Connect and rename it Results Connect_old.
  4. Restart Excel (the error should no longer occur)
