Result value: -nan(ind)

I am modelling a frame in Robot but the values for the  internal reactions (ntm) are showing as -nan(ind) can anyone explain what this means. And how I might be able to fix it.

nan can be cause by division by zero

It might be something wrong in your model.  Please zip it and attach to the post.
