Try to empty Windows temp folder (%temp%) and rename your CfgUsr folder (to e.g. 1CfgUsr)

c:\Users\user_login\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2016\CfgUsr\

Could you attach the model and indicate the steps to follow to reproduce this situation? Thank you.

Hi Artur,

It happens with any model. When I am opening Robor and choose RC Element Design and for example choose to add pad foundation it crushes and I need to restart the program.

Best Regards

Are you able to start e.g. a frame model?

HI,

Yes I am working on shell model, structural framework models and they work absoluttly fine.

It is just the RC Element Module that behaves like this.

Is there any crash report generated when you try to access RC modules?

Could you check if it is the same when you set the acceleration to none and restart Robot?
