Failed to open .rtd file

Hello, i have problem with my truss file(.rtd), i cannot open it. But when i try to close it it went blank and jammed. How do i recover it back?

Try to open it in the "repair mode"

@Anonymous are you sure that the file was created in the same version of Robot? For example, it is not possible to open rtd file created in Robot 2018 using previous versions of the Robot.

Hi @Anonymous

 

The file as suggested by @Mohammed_Ata (thank you) can be opened in the repair mode. To see the model switch off the display of supports and then set the 3D view and press the Zoom All button.
