what is the deference btween these two disgard density in robot
how should i use them if i include building mass in conversion would i have to check both or what is the right process

If you have a load case with only SW you may let this box unchecked then Robot will automatically convert SW to mass.
If you have SW mixed with other dead loads then you must tick the box and convert to mass these dead loads by yourself

The 2 pictures are completly independant.
The 1st one is about an equivalente force method which doesn't need to run a modal calculation first, so Robot ask you if you want or not to disregard the density.
The 2nd one is about a modal calculation which is followed by a seismic calculation.

You must convert load cases acting in seismic case by your self. Except Selfweight if you let "Disregard density" box unchecked.
