G'Day!!!

I've created one Title Block family for our project, in that family I've 9 Rows and 5 Columns, For each cell I've created each parameter to enter value.

What I want to know is, This process took me to create 45 parameters to fill 'Reference Drawing' only (Image shown below).

Is there any option to create a single parameter to control values of each cell. i.e., I want to create Sl.No, DWG.No, Title, Date, Revision instead of Sl.No 1, Sl. no2.....

Please let me know to if need more details.
