SDS2/Revit Plugins - Importing XML Files

Hi,

 

Does anyone have experience using the SDS2/Revit plugins. I exported a structural model from SDS2 as an XLM file and imported it into Revit. When the model comes into Revit, it does not bring in the structural connections or concrete piers. I've read that if the connections are only graphical they will not come in. However, these connections are not graphical. Has anyone else experienced this? I've tried researching it and can't seem to find any real answer. I also can't seem to get any technical support from Autodesk or SDS2.

It appear the XML Method of Exporting is limited to basic elements for connection you need additional plugins usually an add-in which allows integration between the software's as shown highlighted in BLUE below;

Model > Revit > Import

I am currently already using these plugins to import and export and it is not bringing in connections and piers. Thanks!
