Adaptive Component Templates Missing

Within Revit 2022, 23, 24 and 25 my 'generic model adaptive component' templates are not available to me.  

 

How can l resolve this?

Please see the following

Templates and family library missing in Revit or Revit LT

 

I have attached 2022 which should work in all other versions you will need to rename it back to .rfa as it would not allow me to upload
