Just dipping my toes into the Revit world (I usually hang out in the Civil 3D forum) and am wondering if there are any OOTB families for the UK type fabric reinforcement e.g. A393 and where they may be found

One way would be to make your own mesh families. https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2016/EN...
Another way would be to take these families from a structural Uk template.
