No analytical levels in project browser

when i open structural template the analytical levels are absent. and also there is no analytical views for beams and colums or slab (the colored wireline views).no analytical view on levelno analytical view on level

That is not Structural Template, looks very much like Architectural Template.

No.  The Discipline of the view in the properties clearly says Architectural.  Structural Template should have Structural Plans.

i have changed it to structural still no analytical levels

Change what to structural? The view discipline? No, you need to start a new project from the Structural Template.

Even that doesnt work. i opened using structural template but its the same

Don't know how you got that "structural template" but here is what I have if I started from the OOTB one:

Please share structural analysis template for Revit 2016.. this one doesn't support my Revit 2016.
