Industrial Railing Post

Hello community!
While working on a project, I have had a concern, when trying to develop a railing for an industrial-type steel staircase, the following problem occurs with the initial and final posts, which do not follow the same slope as the railing layout, Is there a way to correct this problem?

Tab Select the top rail
pick Edit Rail
Edit the Path to show the desired slope
