I have a Naviworks file with an NWD extension I would like to import in Revit but whenever I insert it as a coordination model, I lose all of it's color and textures.
I have looked at the visibility graphics settings and can't see anything that would not allow color.
Attached is the Navisworks model.

Is it from a point cloud? If so, try to link the source point cloud file instead.
I'm trying to avoid using the point cloud. Witin ReCap, I used the mess creator and it gave me a color NWD file as one of the creations. I thought I could use it instead of the point cloud making it easier and quicker to navigate within Revit.
It says output can be OBJ and/or RCM. I click both and when it's done, I get a the OBJ and RCM as well as an NWD.

Export the mesh to OBJ and import it in Revit as an in-place generic model family.

Don't I have to have a plug-in to import OBJ files?
Revit an import OBJ files natively. See my screenshot above.
Looks like your screenshot is only showing partial content. I don't see a menu in Revit which looks like that image. I'm using 2021, sorry.

Revit 2022. I don't know if Revit 2021 can import OBJ.
What?! Okay, let me see if I can load it into the generic out of the box construction template and see if that makes a difference. It may be something in our view templates that's not letting it load with color.
It's our view templates.
One more thing, is there a reason as to why you choose OBJ over an NWD?

Because I knew OBJ should work and I can't say the same for NWD or NWC.
