Documentation for IFC specific files

According to the docs https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2020/EN... , the option to use IFC Parameter Upgrade.rvt is available.

I want to create a mapping from revit to ifc at the family level. The link specifired in the doc does not exist http://revit.autodesk.com/library/html/index.html

As several people have requested these files I downloaded them (snaphot waybackmachine from 2019) and attached them as a zip file
