Analytical Automation

 Hi everyone,

 I'm trying to generate an analytical model in Revit 2023 to export to robot and analyse the structure, the problem is after I generate the analytical model with the Analytical Automation, the elements seems to be not joined or linked as should be. They seem to be "floating". The slab midle plane does not coincide with the axis of the beam where it's supported.

 Can someone help me to understand how can I fix my analytical model?

Have you tried to adjust the tolerances?

They are in the project's length units

If it's not solving your issue, can you please attached a picture of your project? It might help me to understand the project' characteristics and what settings would suit them.

Below are some items I've noticed with the automatic model generation.

This first one will be one of the more obvious and significant issues for people. I've selected/highlighted one of the walls joined with the other to indicate why it is doing this i.e. ends of panel are matching the ends of the geometry extent for each segment not merging at the corner of the wall centre line. When looking at a wall segment consideration needs to be given to the adjoining walls. Here the walls are 200mm thick and the adjustment was set to 400mm.

Not sure what is happening with the below, we are allowed to create panels with arcs so not sure why it isn't just extracting the top face edges and using arcs.

Slanted wall attached to u/s of one slab (analytical projected to top ok).

Slanted wall attached to u/s of more than one slab, analytical not projected up.

Vertical wall attached to u/s of more than one slab (analytical projected to top ok).

Rectangular floor with slope arrow and rounded corner, no analytical generated.
