Pipe systems changes automatically

Hi All,

I am working in a project where we are required to provide return line for Boosted cold water also. So we are connecting the branch pipe supplying the room with the cold water return. There is a Thermostatic Mixing valve which combines Cold water and Hot water system to achieve the desirable temperature at the tap outlet. The Hot water supply will generally have a return connection as per standards. Because of all these interconnections between the systems, the systems get changed automatically. We are not sure if it is being changed by someone or it automatically changes. When I check the ownership it doesn't show any other names. The systems are connected to each other either by a Tee Joint (Cold water and Return), Tee Joint (Hot water and Return) and Thermostatic Mixing Valve (Hot water and Cold water). After closing the work for the day. The systems are changed the next day!

Has Anyone experienced this so far? This has drained so much time from us. Do you have any solution?

confirm the connectors are assigned properly to the valves

the flow direction could be causing the issue.

the designation of the connector is another source to consider.
