Pipe sizing for Transition Flow State based on friction

Hello,

I am looking at a heating pipework system. I am trying to size the system on a friction of 250 Pa/m, but for the pipe sections that are "Transition" flow, I am not give a friction. How can you size these pipes based on a friction using the pipe sizing tool in Revit
