Issue with shared coordinates

I am hoping someone can help me cos I'm really struggling with this .

I have an MEP model with arch model linked in. Both models share a coordinate system (acquired from arch). When I link the arch via internal origin to internal origin, it comes in in the right spot.

When I link it via shared coordinates, it's a totally different spot.

I only discovered there was a problem when I sent the model to the arch and they've said mine is in the wrong place.

It looks like they've changed their project north perhaps? Under location > site, their angle is different to mine.

I am kind of freaking out cos I think I need to move everything I have modelled to the correct location. But I was hoping there might be an easy fix. Is anyone able to help?

Never mind I figured it out, I had to create a new file to link in so I could acquire the coordinates of it (to reset my coordinates), then I re-acquired the coordinates from my linked file.

Next time  fo this:

Go to Manage > Coordinates > Reset shared Coordinates

Then reacquire Coordinates from the link.

It is a 2020 model, that option only came in 2021 unfortunately

Open the host model whose coordinates you want to reset.
Click Manage tab Project Location panel Coordinates drop-down (Reset Shared Coordinates).
Click to close the message indicating the shared coordinates have been reset.
