Remove all Family Types to nil so upon Import into project, Type Name matches Family Name

If I import a family that has no types into a project, the type name inherits the Family name. However if I add a type, now there is a list of types within the family. I cannot delete all types in the family to get back to the original state, the delete type button become unavailable when only 1 type is left. Is there a way to delete this last type and reset the family types list to nil?

Rename the last type to match the family name, load in project. Close the family without saving. Edit the family from the project and it should have no types.

Brilliant @ToanDN, I've been using Revit since Autodesk bought it, and never knew this nifty little trick!
