Issue While Converting Design to fabrications.

When converting to fabrication parts. I get two issues

1.Not all parts were converted. Check the fabrication service definition.

2.The element (of type MEP Fabrication Pipework) has an open connector (at connector #1)

and also the fittings disappear while converting.

while examining the problems. For the second issue raised, it was suggested in earlier discussions to upgrade Revit. Even after updating Revit, I continue to encounter open connector issues. How can I fix both of these problems? I utilize Revit's default services for fabrication configuration.

I don't really have a solution for you but, AFAIK, the workflow to get this working correctly can be quite complex. You will probably need to edit the Fabrication CAD MEP database, which I am not familiar with, and have solid routing preferences with appropriate families built to manufacturing specs not just generic families when drawing the system pipe.

1. The families need a corresponding fab part in order to be converted correctly.

2. Open connectors could be coming from the original or the parts that were not converted are causing open ends.
