Imported /link DWG file not showing up in revit

I have linked and imported a dwg file into my Revit MEP 2014 dwg. It is not showing up. I have checked my visibility graphics and my view range. I'm not sure what else I need to look at.

This works for me:

When I link a CAD file with "Current view only" checked, "Orient to View" is greyed out.

So I uncheck "current view only" then change "Oriënt to View" It doesn't matter to what, as long as it changes (in my case). Then I check  "Current view only" again, and it works.

Same thing happens when u can't move a Model Pattern when "Disjoin" is checked. This option is greyed out when moving a pattern. But if you use the "Move" command on something else first, you can uncheck "Disjoin". Then this is also unchecked when moving the pattern and its no longer locked in place.

So probably there are some other issues that can be resolved with this same approach.

Hope this helps!
