HVAC ELECTRICAL LOAD

I HAVE AN HVAC SYSTEM CONNECTED TO THE 480VAC PANEL, AND IT SHOWS UP IN THE SCHEDULE. BUT NO ELECTRICAL LOAD IS ADDED. THE PROPERTIES IN THE PROPERTY BROWSER DO NOT SHOW THE ELECTRICAL LOAD, WHICH IS LISTED WITHIN THE PROPERTIES OF THE TYPE. SEE ATTACHED PDF.

HOW CAN I GET THE ELECTRICAL LOAD TO BE CALCULATED?

I presume the electrical connector in the mechanical equipment family needs to have an electrical load parameter associated to it.

OK, thanks again for the help. That was exactly what I thought at first. But it is already assigned. See attached PDF.

And even when I go into the ITEM Properties, I can change it.

Just so I understand you correctly.  Do you want to show Apparent Load in both Type properties and Instance properties?
