How to Rename Group Header of Family parameter under the group parameter palette

I am working on a Mechanical Equipment Family. Certain things in this family are optional. I have made these things optional in family by applying Yes/No parameter.

Just need to rename the Group Header of this Family parameter. I have grouped this parameter (Access Panel and Fixed Panel) under "Other" Group Header as shown in screenshot. Please suggest how can I rename or Create new Group Header.

Hi @Anonymous, I am well. Thanks & I appreciate you response.

But, I am looking forward to Change or Create New "Group Parameter", not "Select new group".

I require this new Group Parameter since there is no group parameter named as "Option" or similar to that. I was wondering if a new parameter group can be made or I can rename the existing Group Parameter's name.

Thanks in Advance!

Hi There, unfortunately not at this stage. Those are the only predefined
Parameter Groups available in Revit.

Possibly use one of the predefined groups available and workflow the
intent/purpose of those parameters with your team? Choose a logical group
which is the closest logical group for the parameters which you would like
to create.

Also, I'm 99% sure that there is a Revit Idea similar to what you require,
if not, create an idea and let's gather support for the idea so that it can
possibly form part of future Revit Roadmaps.

I hope this helps!

Hi @Anonymous

Apart from my previous response, herewith a link to a Revit Idea which was created by another user which can be voted up so that traction can be gained for this and possibly be considered in future releases.

I hope this helps! Smiley Wink

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.
