Shape Handle Not Showing on Family Reference Plane

I have a face-based family that is a simple rectangular extrusion. I have the extrusion aligned and locked to reference planes set as a weak reference, except for the one on the host, which is just locked to the Level.

When loaded into the project, shape handles are available for all reference planes except for the one parallel to the host face.

I've tried both Weak and  Strong Reference for this plane and the shape handle still doesn't appear.

Any idea why this one isn't showing?

Thanks Toan, but I think we're on the same page, yet my shape handle does not appear. See screenshots below. My two shape handles on the side appear just fine (those dimensions/parameters were created on the reference level . so not visible in the screenshot below).

Any ideas?

I bet the dimension is referenced to the Level line, make sure it references the Reference Plane on the same location as the Level line.
