Getting Structure to Show in a Floor Plan

I did a search and didn't quite find what I was after. I have this file that, for the life of me, I can't figure out why I can't get the structure to show in the plan view.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Attached file is in R21 format. Should open right up to the floor plan

Barry,

You need to set the underlay base level. Set it to Level 1 and see if it fixes the issue.

that does show the structure but any annotation symbols at the sloping reference plane called "structure" or at Level 2 will disappear. Your thoughts?

Another option is to increase the cut plane of the view to be above the structure that you would like to see.  This is usually ok for most MEP items but could pose an issue for plumbing fixture visibility.

That was it! A little embarrassing. I way overcomplicated that.
