Can anyone tell me to get a LIVE connection between Revit and  Excel?

In a sheet.

I tried in Dynamo...

There are multiple packages you can get to allow the transfer of information. to my knowledge there is nothing that will give you a "LIVE Connection" to/from Excel though.  All the ones I have seen have some form of Export to/Import From functionality to refresh the data.

Unless something has changed, Dynamo needs to be run. It's not live.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Why do you need to export to Excel and import it back? We just downloaded today from the Revit App Store the app called Database Editor and it is like an Excel Spreadsheet inside Revit. Perhaps it will also work for you.
