Unable to export a project parameter to shared parameter file

I am trying to export a project parameter to my shared parameter file so that I can make a tag with this parameter. However when I open "Project Parameters" and modify the one I want to export, the export button is grayed out.

This parameter does not exist allready in my share parameter file. Only under Project Parameters.

So I solved it. It seemed like I had a parameter in my shared parameters file, with a different name, that revit viewd as the same parameter I wanted to export. Deleted the existing one, with a different name, and was then able to export the one I wanted. These two parameters show the same info, that is ventilation flow, though had a different name.

Not sure how revit viewed them both as the same parameter.
