Drag and drop into Revit 2017 from 32bit application doesn't work

Hello,

I have 64bit Revit 2017 installed. I use Total Commander (32bit because of some plugins) and I can't D&D from it into Revit. With Revit 2016 (64bit) it works.

I suppose it's a bug in Revit 2017, can I report it somewhere?

BTW: This behavior wasn't recognized up to now. Wheels are spinning, maybe it will be recorded as a bug.
